Peach Bourbon Crumb Cake

There's nothing I love more than a good, old-fashioned crumb cake, and this one tops the list! The cake itself has a beautiful crumb, and is simply packed with flavor. The addition of vanilla beans combined with chunks of peaches are summertime bliss.

And let's not forget about the most important part - the crumb! I'm all about the crumb, so I can assure you there is a glorious amount, and it is front and center.

My biggest tip regarding the crumb topping: Make it first and set it aside while you prepare the cake batter. This crumb topping has a lot of butter (hello, flavor!) and needs time to absorb it so it sits pretty on top of the cake!

And whatever you do, don't skimp on that gorgeous glaze.

I promise this one is worth turning on the oven for!

Happy baking!
